What is Elderberry, Rosehip & Hibiscus Tea?

Our Elderberries come from the east of Poland, on the fringes of the Bialowieza Forest, an UNESCO world heritage site. The collectors in this region have a long history of gathering herbs, often used for their own remedial uses. Traditionally, Elderberries are high in vitamin C and dietary fibre.

Rosehip is a bulb that grows underneath rose petals. It is sometimes taken as an anti-inflammatory and is used in a variety of recipes including jellies, jams & teas. Hibiscus contains antioxidants which can help fight free radicals and play a role in protecting DNA, proteins and lipids from oxidative stress.

Peak Supps Organic Elderberry, Rosehip & Hibiscus Tea is a loose leaf tea consisting of Rosehip and Hibiscus flowers interspersed with dark blue/black berries. It gives a fruity and slightly floral aroma and tastes sweet & fruity.

Recommended Intake

We recommend adding 3g of tea to an infuser. Boil water to your desired temperature. Place the infuser into a mug or teapot and pour the boiling water over it. Steep for 3-5 minutes, making sure to time your tea. Once steeping has finished, remove the infuser and serve.
